tbvle wins $56,140 for PokerStars 50 Billionth Hand Promotion

PokerStars 50 Billionth HandThis week saw PokerStars reach a massive milestone – their 50 Billionth Hand. To celebrate this incredible acheivement PokerStars were offering cash prizes which totalled almost $1 million by the time the promotion ended. While there were several hundred thousand players online at the time of the 50 Billionth Hand being dealt across various stakes, it was a micro stakes table which was fortunate enough to be dealt the hand and receive the largest prizes.

Micro stakes player tbvle was the lucky winner of the hand after his Pocket Queens held up at the $0.02/$0.05 NLHE table leaving him with a payday of $56,140 when the pot total was just a mere $26. Tbvle is a hardcore grinder according to PokerTableRatings he has played over 67,000 hands recording a total loss of $53. Perhaps tbvle will move up and play a little higher now that he has won presumably a life changing amount of money for him, or maybe he will enjoy it in the real world.

The hand was dealt at 10:37am (ET) on January 22nd and the five other players at tbvle’s table each won around $3,000 and each of the six players were also rewarded with a WCOOP Main Event entry worth $5,200.
