UB.com Announce 2011 WSOP Satellites

UB.comIt’s that time of year again when the World Series of Poker is just around the corner! The US-friendly UB.com online poker room has already started offering satellites to win seats into the 2011 WSOP Main Event, and will continue doing so in the months leading up to the event.

Each Sunday, players on UB.com have the opportunity to take part in a $500 + $30 Super Satellite. Take down the satellite and you’ll win a $12,000 World Series Of Poker Main Event package, which consists of the $10,000 main event buy-in as well as $2,000 spending money.

For players with a smaller bankroll, there will also be weekly qualifiers for the Super Satellite, making it possible for any poker player’s dreams to come true. Players can also win seats through playing Steps tournaments, with buy-ins starting as low as 10 cents.

If the massive 2011 WSOP prize pool wasn’t already a good enough reason to play in one of the satellite qualifiers, as an added incentive players will also receive a special cash bonus if they win a seat through UB.com and play in the Main Event wearing the site’s gear. UB.com sponsored players will get an additional $1,000.

In addition, the deeper UB.com players go in the WSOP Main Event, the more bonus cash they will receive. For instance, survive until Day 2 and the bonus will be doubled to $2,000. Survive until Day 5 and the bonus increases to $13,000, on top of what you will make for reaching the money. The cash bonus jumps to $20,000 for reaching Day 8.

More importantly, if any UB.com player takes down the Main Event, he or she will receive $1 million in addition to the first place prize money from UB.com. If you happen to win the tournament UB.com will also be offering a one-year endorsement contract with the CEREUS Network.

Any members of the November Nine who entered the Main Event through a UB.com satellite tourney will receive at least $100,000. A UB.com player who finished in fifth place will get a $150,000 bonus, fourth place will collect a $200,000 bonus, third place will get $400,000, and the runner-up of the 2011 WSOP ME will get a $700,000 bonus from UB.com.
