Doyles Room Moves To Yatahay Poker Network

Doyle BrunsonDoyle’s Room, the online poker room which is backed and endorsed by World Series of Poker legend, Doyle Brunson, announced its official migration from the Cake Poker Network (where it has been since 2009) to the Yatahay Poker Network.  The move doesn’t come as a surprise to the poker industry, as rumors have been circulating for quite some time now that Doyle’s Room could not adjust to the Cake Network. After relationships deteriorated in recent weeks, Doyle’s Room management searched for a new home and found one at Yatahay, which already hosts poker rooms such as True Poker and BetCRIS.

In a press release, Doyle’s Room spoke about the excitement that comes with the “big changes”, indicating that the new network would also mean new, custom-made software.  The site reassured players and affiliates that all payments are safe. “In fact, today’s announcement means that we’ll be able to bring all outstanding payments up to date,” it stated.

Doyle’s Room said that for years the site has relied on other networks for promotions and tournaments and while its players have enjoyed a great poker experience, the site has not been able to offer its players exactly what it has always dreamed about.

As such, the move to the Yatahay Network means that Doyle’s Room can customize its promotions, beginning with a new $65,000 Race to the Top promotion that is set to launch in February. Players are told on the Doyles Room website that in order to win, they need to ‘race to the top’ of the leader board by playing at real money cash tables and earning points. The more points generated, the more points they will be able to collect and the higher they’ll climb the leader board. 350 players will finish in the money and the first placed winner will take home $7,500. In addition, the site will offer players a tournament schedule with $500,000 up for grabs in guarantees monthly.

“The new DoylesRoom is built with integrity, honesty and security, and both players and affiliates are going to love it,” promised the online poker site.

Players will have their accounts automatically moved to the Yatahay Poker Network. To begin playing, all they need to do is update their Doyles Room software by launching the game client and downloading the update when prompted. Players from the United States will be accepted at the new site and will be able to enjoy the action along with others from around the world.
